The Esthemax Hydrojelly® Purifying Charcoal Mask is a professional-grade treatment designed to deeply cleanse, detoxify, and rebalance congested or problematic skin. Powered by activated bamboo charcoal, this mask works like a magnet to draw out impurities, excess oil, and environmental toxins from deep within the pores.

Infused with antibacterial tea tree oil and refreshing peppermint, it helps to reduce inflammation, calm irritation, and minimise breakouts while leaving the skin feeling cool and refreshed. The Hydrojelly® technology forms a vacuum-like seal over the skin, enhancing the penetration of active ingredients while locking in hydration.

How It Works

This Hydrojelly® mask combines alginate technology with detoxifying actives to create a rubberised, occlusive layer over the skin. Activated charcoal binds to toxins, oil, and debris within the pores, helping to draw them out effectively. Tea tree oil targets acne-causing bacteria while peppermint provides anti-inflammatory and cooling benefits.

As the mask sets, it enhances absorption of actives while simultaneously tightening and refining the appearance of pores, leaving the skin clearer, calmer, and more balanced.

How To Use It

Begin by thoroughly cleansing the skin to remove any makeup, oil, and impurities. In a separate bowl, mix the Hydrojelly® powder with water at approximately a 1:0.8 ratio until it forms a smooth, gel-like consistency. Once mixed, apply the mask evenly over the face, ensuring full coverage and working quickly before it begins to set. The mask can be applied over the lips if desired, but avoid blocking the nostrils.

Allow the mask to set for 15–20 minutes, during which it will form a rubberised, occlusive layer. Once fully set, gently lift and peel the mask off in one piece. Remove any remaining residue with a damp cloth or cotton pad, then follow with your chosen serums, moisturiser, or finishing products to lock in hydration and results.
